| Q: | Are children permitted in development? |
| A: | Children under the age of 18 are welcome to use the following areas: - All landscaped areas including Gazebos,
- Tennis Court (when accompanied by an adult),
- Exercise Room (when accompanied by an adult),
- Designated Pool and play area (North of Condo building),
- Beach house area when the windows around the pool are closed.

| A: | Yes; and hereunder repeated for your information is the bylaw that will be in effect upon registration of the Condo Association Declaration: ‘No Pets or Animals (referred to herein as Pet or Pets) shall be kept or maintained in or about the condominium property, except as permitted herein and subject to the following terms and conditions: · No Pets shall be permitted or maintained on the common elements. Pets in common elements are strictly prohibited, except for purposes of ingress or egress and shall always be leashed; · Pets must not be curbed near the building, walkways, shrubbery, gardens or any other public space. Pets must be walked off the condominium property; · Owners shall assume full responsibility for any damage to persons or property caused by their Pet; · The right to maintain a Pet is subject to the conditions herein set forth and is in the nature of a conditional license and is subject to revocation and termination at any time by the Board of Directors if such Pet is either vicious or is other wise a nuisance, or upon the failure of an Owner to comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Condominium Corporation pertaining to Pets.’ |
| Q: | Can I rent my condominium when absent? |
| A: | You may rent your condo if you wish. In addition, you may avail yourself of the service of our property management company who will provide all the services required to rent your unit when you want to make it available. Our sales representatives will be able to explain this further at your request. |
| Q: | How are the condominiums priced? |
| A: | Condo prices take into consideration its square footage size and where it is located within the building. Location has two aspects to consider; the view and whether located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd level. |
| Q: | How do I Purchase a Condominium at Le Rivage? |
| A: | The model suite, pricing and floor plans are available when you visit LeRivage. You can book an appointment to view the model suite, or get dates and times of our open house by calling our office at 506-532-0025. Our model suite and offices are located near the water at our site at 69 Cap-Bimet Road, Grand Barachois, 3 minutes east of Parlee Beach entrance, Shediac, NB. |
| Q: | Is indoor parking available? |
| A: | Indoor parking is available at ground level and will be rented on a first come first serve basis. For those owners not requiring indoor parking, ample outdoor free parking space will be made available on site. |
| Q: | What are Condominium Fees? |
| A: | Condo fees are collected by the Condominium Corporation and they are not for profit. The fees are made up of 2 separate amounts. The first amount is to pay for the daily maintenance, like snow removal, lawn maintenance, janitorial services, etc. The second amount is to create a reserve to accumulate money to pay for future repairs to the building such as roof repairs, parking lot repairs, etc. Condo fees are estimated by your condominium association and charged monthly. |

| A: | We have units from 997ft² (1 Bedroom) to 1904ft² (3 Bedrooms). We also have 24 different floor plans of all sizes. |
| Q: | When will condominium be available to move in? |
| A: | Construction will be completed on June 1st, 2009. Condos will be available at that time. We will have 64 units and will include all amenities listed above. |
| Q: | Who manages the Condominium complex? |
| A: | The owner of each condo becomes a member of the Condominium Corporation, which manages the affairs of the building. The condominium corporation, of which you belong, fixes the rules and regulations of the building. These rules, which are set out in the by-laws of the corporation, will detail such things as noise levels, rules on pets, etc. Each condo owner will have one vote at a Condominium Corporation meeting. |

| A: | Several permits must be applied, to build a marina at this location, it would not be appropriate to state the marina is definite before appropriate stakeholders are consulted and the permitting process is complete. |
